Hi! I’m Rose. I help organizers build power using data and digital tools to follow up with every single supporter.

I started organizing in 2008 as part of a majority woman and majority people of color collective. We forced our university to publicly divest $15 million from a hotel company with workers rights violations, nine schools followed, and workers won a union. I organized on a bunch of other campaigns… and won!

At a certain point I asked, “What if we followed up with every single person who wants to get involved?” I learned to build maps, analytics reports, and effective digital/distributed organizing. An organizer and data scientist, I am an expert at winning campaigns. I am also founder of the Movement Tech Help Desk and a student in Aleph’s Earth-Based Judaism Program.

I designed Planned Parenthood’s data-driven organizing model, developed Public Citizen’s 700-person distributed volunteer program for trade justice, and managed the strongest Super Tuesday state for Bernie 2016.
